Foraging (July 22-26; 9am-3pm daily)
Ages 5-11, extended care sign ups available between 8am-5pm. This week, kids will learn to identify edible and medicinal plants to forage in the Northwest, with the important note to never forage without an adult present. We will practice sustainable techniques, making sure to take only what we need and ensure the longevity of plants for years to come. After collecting each plant, we’ll learn about their uses and make some of our own concoctions to try!
